I slept at Red's house that night. Although we didn't do very much sleeping.

No, nothing weird happened if that's what you were thinking!
Oh... oh, that's not what you were thinking? Well, shit... awkward...
ANYWAAAYY....

So, yeah, I stayed over at Red's. It was snowing like a son of a bitch outside, and it showed no signs of stopping anytime soon, so I asked if I could stay the night and Red said it'd be fine.

As I said, we didn't get much sleep. Most of the night was spent hanging around the fireplace, roasting marshmallows and talking about whatever came to mind. I have to admit, it was kinda nice. I've honestly missed talking to someone that was an actual person and not a Pokemon, so this... this was kind of comforting, to say the least. At around 12 in the morning, Red thought it was time to put Pikachu to bed. Pika had been passed out on my lap for Arceus knows how long, so it was probably a good idea for him to get some good solid rest. I found out that Red had two bedrooms in this little place of his, one for himself, and another for his Pokemon. Both which were pretty large, but the Pokemon room was definitely a lot bigger. He also had a cute little kitchen with quite a large amount of food, a nicely sized dining room, and a decently large bathroom. Although the outside looked more like a cottage or a very small house with it's tan-ish colored layers, it more resembled a wooden cabin on the inside. The floors, walls and roof were all a dark brown, wood-like color, and his fireplace was made out of brownish-red bricks that stuck out of the roof. It was warm and comforting on the inside, and it kept running through my mind how badly I wanted to live here. I mean, hell, who wouldn't love finding a beautiful fucking house in the middle of a gorgeous cave?! Well, maybe someone who liked to socialize... I forget about those people sometimes.

Red's house was actually a lot bigger on the inside, which isn't exactly abnormal if you think about it. I mean, last week I saw a kid pull a bicycle out of his bag.. how the fiery fuck does that even work?! Also, we've got these tiny balls that giant Pokemon can fit into with no trouble at all. I guess a lot of things are bigger on the inside.

Red told me I could let my Pokemon sleep in the Pokemon room. I asked if he was sure that they wouldn't be a bother to the others considering some Pokemon don't get along very well with new company. He said it'd be perfectly fine, and that his Pokemon usually seemed to appreciate company most of the time.

I let my team out of their balls and into the Pokeroom to get some well deserved rest, starting with the very first Pokemon on my team to the very last. That's when I tried to open the last ball, just to realize who wasn't in there...

My breath got stuck in my throat, remaining there for a brief moment. I shut my eyes tightly, feeling my face turn a tad bit hotter as I fought back the urge to cry. Taking a moment before exhaling, I let out a long, low breath as I bit my bottom lip tightly. I squeezed my eyelids shut in effort to restrain anymore tears. I was getting sick of crying today. I gripped tightly onto the ball, refusing to let it go as I starting shaking at the feeling of emptiness that rested in my palm. I ran my thumb slightly over the dry, thin black layer of paint that rested on the small Pokeball. I ran my finger over the one, simple word.. the one that meant so much more to me than it probably should. 'Char.' The word repeated in my mind... over, and over and over. My grip on the ball tightened even more, almost as if that were possible. I shut my eyes even tighter than before as my breath hitched for a second time, sticking to the side of my throat again.

"You okay..?" a voice whispered softly, snapping me out of a trance. My eyes shot open as I flipped my head back to see Red standing by the door frame and staring at me softly, his eyes showing signs of concern. He had taken off his red vest and was now wearing a plain black T-shirt, his dark blue jeans, white socks, and of course, his red hat that now rested closer towards the back of his head, allowing him to reveal more of his pale face and messy black hair than it normally did. His skin was light and smooth, and his dark bangs fell slightly over his forehead, giving him a face that was sweet and almost childlike. It made me wonder why he hid it so often..

"U-Oh.. yeah.." I choked out in response, slowly looking back down at the red and white ball that rested emptily in my palm. Red knew I was lying as I tucked a strand of hair that had fallen in the center my face behind my left ear. I shut my eyes for the thousandth time, just a bit less tightly this time. My thumb continued to trace over that word over and over again, images spilling into my mind. I saw an eight year old (y/n), her (e/c) eyes full of hope and curiosity as her father handed her a small, orange egg.. and then...

A single tear, a tear that I was trying so effortlessly to fight back, rolled down the left side of my face. My (h/c) bangs once again fell down softly, covering my left cheek and the tear that rested along with it. I shut my eyes tightly once more, causing another tear to slowly roll down my (s/c) face. I did a slight hiccup, my body still stiff as I clutched onto the ball. That's when I felt a warm hand gently place itself over my clutched one. I looked up slowly to see Red, his red eyes still filled with complete sincerity. I smiled faintly at the dark-haired boy as I slowly turned left for the second time to look at my sleeping Pokemon. I sighed deeply and exited the Pokemon room... somehow it just made me feel even more empty just standing in there.

I wiped the tear from underneath my eye as I exited the room, then clicking the single ball into my brown belt that slanted slightly on my jeans as I flung myself onto the couch, lying on it with my back facing the ceiling and the couch cushion covering my face.

"Uh.. s-so.." Red stuttered, a bit of sadness but also awkwardness straining his voice as he attempted to break the depressing tension that had just settled in.

"U-oh... S-sorry.." I choked, snapping back into reality. I tossed my head up lightly, attempting to sit up straight as I avoided Red's gaze, my hair falling over my left eye once again. "It's just... well, it's just that--"

"No, no, I get it... I know.." He said softly, stuffing his hands into the pockets of his blue jeans as he sat next to me on the couch.

I finally sat up and sighed softly as I did so, then sitting criss-cross on the couch and staring into my lap, my hair still hanging in the center of my (pale/tan/dark) face. I felt Red shifting closer to me, not bothering to look up at him as I twiddled my thumbs on my lap. I then felt a smooth hand touch my face and I quickly looked back up at him, my (e/c) orbs softening slightly as he moved my (h/c) locks behind my ear once again. He smiled slightly, once again looking at me sincerely. He stared directly into my eyes like he did several times today, his deep red orbs soothing me once again as he smiled at me gently.

I blushed ever so slightly, quickly flinging my head back towards my lap so that he wouldn't notice. But he did, and he chuckled in response. I stuck my lips together trying not to laugh as I glared at him, growling in somewhat pretend annoyance.

(Red's POV)

( Yes, I decided to switch POV's here and there, even if it's unprofessional as shit xD )

Her face turned slightly pink, and I couldn't really tell if that was a good or a bad thing. Still, I couldn't help but chuckle at her awkwardness. I could tell she was trying not to laugh as she glared at me and growled in irritation. I laughed a little bit louder this time. I couldn't help it. She was just so fucking cute sometimes.... I MEAN... NO.

"UGH, you're such a douchenipple~!" She laughed, glaring at me humorously.

"Ahahah, what the fuck is a douchenipple?!" I chuckled in response to her statement.

"YOU!" She answered with a laugh, flinging herself off the couch and running past where I sat to steal my hat and rip it off my head.

"H-HEY!" I laughed as she jumped in the center of the room.

"HEY, LET'S PLAY CHARADES." She laughed, flinging my hat onto her head. "GUESS WHO I AM."

I looked at her quizzically as she angled the hat so that it shadowed over her (e/c) eyes, her expression suddenly going blank as she glared at me.

"...."

I raised my eyebrow in confusion as she stared at me, then titling the hat so that I couldn't see her eyes what-so-ever. She turned away to look off into the distance.

"...."

"....you bitch." I joked, just now understanding what she meant.

#ISEEWHATYOUDIDTHERE

She moved the hat back up, moving it from her eyes slightly so that she could see my face as she laughed. I ran towards her with a playful growl as I spun around her, causing her to twirl around to face me. I took the chance to lightly shove her back towards the couch while she didn't have much balance, then grabbing my hat off of her head. I quickly put the hat back on my head as she quickly but gently fell backwards onto the couch. She laughed as her soft, (h/c) hair fell back into her face from the quick movements. She quickly pushed it back while she laughed, staring back at me while doing so.

Her giggles subsided as she looked at me. She took a deep breath so that her smile disappeared and turned into a light smirk. She shook her head and smiled at me, rolling her eyes teasingly.

I did another small chuckle, walking back to the couch and collapsing onto the soft, maroon couch cushions, landing on my back with my head in her lap.

"Oh, hey there." I said with a sly smile, winking teasingly at her.

"Ugh," she grunted with a laugh, flinging my head back up so that I was forced to sit up straight.

I laughed slightly and sat back up. After the small hints of laughter faded away, things became silent. We sat there for a minute or two, the crackling fire being the only sound in the room. It wasn't an awkward silence, though.. it was calm and soothing. I glanced over at (y/n) who was staring into the fireplace, her deep (e/c) eyes lost in thought. Her (h/c) bangs covered her right eye once again... they did that a lot, didn't they? Still, she didn't look sad.. she looked pretty calm, actually. I was pretty calm, too... something I haven't been in awhile. I'm usually pretty anxious about everything... and I usually avoid talking as much as possible. In fact, when I'm around others, I say very little to nothing at all. My Pokemon are usually the only ones I'm comfortable talking to... but for some reason, it feels different around her. Like I can just speak without having anything to be afraid of... thing is, when I speak to her, I don't really think about it. It just sort of comes out. No thought is ever really put into what I'm saying, but I can easily tell that she's the exact same way. I don't know why, considering I barely know her.. but.. I feel like she understands. Just that alone makes me feel like I can say anything without a second thought about it. It's really good to have another person that actually understands.. it really is.

(Y/n) sighed contently, almost as if she just wanted to make a sound in order to cut off the dead silence. The sound caused me to snap back into reality, my red eyes jolting to stare into the fire once again instead of at her. Just then, I felt the couch move slightly and I turned my head to face her once more, just a little more noticeably this time as my pitch black bangs fell slightly in my left eye, but not enough to cover it. She jumped off of the couch and walked towards my bedroom door, not saying a single word.

..AND THEN THEY FUCKED.
AUTHOR, SHUT UP.
NO, THIS IS MY STORY, I DO WHAT I WANT.
Oh my god, this is ruining the entire story, please get on with it!
GEEZ, FINE, SOMEONE'S ON THEIR PERIOD...

I raised my eyebrow slightly as she flung my door open, walking into my room without even asking about it. She flicked on the light before turning back to face me, my face still appearing somewhat confused. She smiled at me and raised her eyebrow, mimicking my lost expression.

"What?" she asked, laughing slightly. "I'm bored!"

I rolled my eyes and laughed slightly at her statement, standing up swiftly and stuffing my fists into the pockets of my jeans, walking into my bedroom to find her hunched over the bed in search for something.

"Where the hell is your bloody remote?!" she asked with a slight smile, turning back around to face me as I pulled my hat off and threw it somewhere around the room. I laughed slightly and reached behind the television, pulling out the remote and throwing it at her for her to catch. She smiled slyly at me as she caught the remote in her hands, and then she started running through the channels. I walked over to sit next to her, throwing myself onto the bed like I threw myself on the couch earlier, but not landing with my head in her lap this time. She looked back at me and smiled slightly, tossing the remote to her side and leaning against the wall with her arms crossed. I faintly smiled back at her, then I leaned against the wall as well and started watching the television.

~Time skip of vengeance~

(Third-person POV)

That morning, Pikachu woke up a tad bit earlier than all of the other Pokemon did, his deep red cheeks flickering slightly in attempt to regain some energy. The bright sun shined through the window, spreading all across the room and reflecting against Pika's bright yellow fur, as well as the fur of all of the other Pokemon lying around him. He wearily stood up on all fours, stretching out his small body and looking around the room. Every time Pika fell asleep in the living room, he always woke back up in the sleeping area, so it wasn't much of a surprise to him. He let out a long, high pitched yawn as he stretched his tiny, frail arms as far as they could go... which wasn't very far, by the way.

He let the bright circles on his cheeks spark once more, giving him even more energy. After he felt a bit less groggy, he ran out of the sleeping area, eagerly running into the living room to find Red and get some breakfast. While Pika expected to find Red and (y/n) sitting on the couch, they were nowhere to be seen. One of his ears fell slightly, the other one standing straight as he tilted his head slightly to the right in confusion. He looked over at the clock.

"1:30?!" Pikachu thought to himself. "How are they not up yet?! Red always wakes up early..." Pika paused in his thoughts, staring at Red's bedroom door silently. "Besides, even if he is asleep, shouldn't (y/n) be sleeping in the living room..?" He squinted slightly at Red's door before dashing into Red's bedroom to investigate. He ran in to notice that all of the blinds were closed. The blankets were thrown onto the floor in a rather sloppy manner, the remote had fallen on top of the blanket pile, and there were potato chips scattered all over Red's bed. The TV was still on, and it looked as if it'd been running all night. That's when Pika tilted his head slightly, now noticing that (y/n) and Red were both fast asleep on Red's bed. So asleep, in fact, that one might even mistake them for dead. Both of their hairs looked messy, frizzy, and stretched out into multiple directions. Not only that, but (y/n) and Red were sleeping particularly close to each other, (y/n)'s head lying on Red's chest, her (pale/tan/dark) features covered by her (h/l) (h/c) hair. One of Red's arms were wrapped tightly around (y/n)'s waist, the other arm resting behind his head for support. (Y/n) was curled up in a tiny ball, one hand resting on Red's stomach, the other placed in-between her two legs. Pikachu's eyes widened, a little surprised by what he was looking at. Then, after letting the setting sink in for awhile, his eyes softened again. After all, they were.. they were kinda cute~! Pikachu smiled widely, pouncing onto the dark blue bed sheets. Once he was on top of the bed he looked over at them once more, his smile softening this time. He slowly crawled in between the two, a small smile plastered on his tiny face. He curled himself right into the small space that was underneath (y/n)'s arm, the arm that rested on Red's chest. His soft, yellow fur rubbed against (y/n)'s skin slightly as he crawled underneath her arm, causing her to make a slight whimper and shift a little closer to Red in response, also shifting a bit more towards Pikachu. Pika flipped over so that he rested on his left side, his back towards (y/n) and his face buried in Red's black T-shirt. Pikachu sighed contently as he got comfortable, and then, everything was still and silent. He shut his eyes as he slowly fell asleep, comfortably snuggled in-between the two trainers with a faint smile still painted upon his tiny, yellow face.

Part 4 ~ (YOU'RE HERE)

I'm sorry that this took so long, my keyboard is broken and I have to use this shitty on-screen keyboard and it's honestly just ANNOYING. x'D

As always; this involves cursing, but I didn't see that has a reason to put a mature content rating. SO, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! x'D

I decided to switch some things up a bit by giving other characters POV's~!
I know; it's ugly and it's unprofessional and I hate it; BUT I FELT LIKE IT OKAY? X'D

I kinda like when people know what the OTHER person is feeling about stuff, y'know what I mean? ^-^

This part was a little crappy considering how cheesy it was- BUT I'M TRYING, ALRIGHT? X'D

It was a little hard to write considering I've got this FUCKING ON-SCREEN KEYBOARD KDJFHDSFSKDJGB...
So, I'm sorry if I made any mistakes! :C
If I did, please point them out so that I can try to fix them! xD

As always; please give me any feedback, positive or negative, I love the constructive criticism, and also, I'm sorry this is awful, you can yell at me in the comment section! xD

This is honestly one of the cutest things I've read-
